National Nursing Week

The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) of BC recently worked with spoken word artist Julia Pileggi and a number of nurses from across the province to create a video commemorating the incredible work of the nurses in BC, to celebrate National Nursing Week – which runs from May 6th to May 12th – and to thank the nurses of British Columbia (BC) for all their work.

In England, Dr. Dodo commuted two hours to get to work. Following his move to Nanaimo BC in 2014, it now takes him 12 minutes to get to the clinic, and just 10 minutes to the ocean. The move has created opportunities for his son (age 5) and daughter (age 7) too.
